My strong recommendation is based on personal experience.

Nearly 9 years ago my wife, Pat and I were building a new home in Scottsdale Arizona. Our interior designer insisted that she expose us to some of Andy’s completed and ongoing projects in the area in which we were building. In doing so we were so impressed with Andy’s work we immediately invited Andy to submit proposals. After a few short discussions we accepted 5 of his proposals. Eight years later designers,architects, builders, friends, guests and neighbors still compliment Andy’s creative artistic work in our home.

Pat and I were so pleased and impressed with Andy’s work for us and others in Arizona that we challenged Andy to submit proposals to enhance our 12 year old house in Breckenridge, Colorado near where Andy lived. We were so impressed by his recommendations in terms of creativity, attractiveness, quality upgrades, personal interest, and reasonable project costs we joyfully again accepted all of his proposals involving six rooms.
Once done we were thrilled.

In summary, based on my personal experience in general and Andy’s projects in particular that without question, if we were ever to build another new home or major remodeling I would insist that Andy would be a member of the core team. His value added, quality, innovation, and devotion to excellence is hard to value but it seems to me to be precious and worthwhile in all respects especially value creation, quality, personal qualities, and client, devotion to excellence and durability.
